As we approach the cooler months in unprecedented times, we wanted to reach out and let you know that we are still here, and to share with you steps we are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to supply wood heaters in the lead-up to winter.
We have plenty of stock in-store with many models available for immediate installation. We are still able to offer an installation service.
Our manufacturer, Jarrahdale Heating & Cooling continue to produce wood heaters at the Maddington factory with access to more stock as needed.
To offer contactless sales our website has been updated with additional photography of each heater and all dimensions and installation specifications. In the coming week we will also add 360-degree images of each heater to assist your selection. We are working hard to get this service up and running and will advise of its availability as soon as possible.
On installation day, we are working to minimise visitation to your home by limiting our installation team to a maximum of two trades-persons. Should you wish to arrange your own installation, you have the option to purchase by phone or email and collect directly from the Midvale store, Farrell Rd, Midvale. We will load the heater into your trailer/ute/van; there is no need to leave your vehicle.
For the time being, our showroom remains open with all necessary precautions being taken to protect the health of visitors. In the interest of our community, we just ask that you kindly adhere to current guidelines during your visit, including the allowance of 1.5 metres between all persons.
While we continue to trade and adapt to play our role in flattening the curve, no one can say for certain there won’t be more changes. If you require a new wood heater before the cold weather hits, or your current Jarrahdale wood heater needs a service, we recommend making contact with us as soon as possible.
And for those with a Jarrahdale wood heater already, we suggest ordering your wood through a local supplier during these autumn months – that way you’re ready to go.
